Production Time

Some of our pieces are specially handcrafted just for you, which may require 10-14 business days for production.If you have an urgent deadline, please let us know through any of our contact details. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping

For orders within Bangkok, Thailand, we provide complimentary shipping with insurance included.

For international orders, shipping and insurance costs varying based on your location. If you would like an estimate of shipping costs to your specific residence, please contact us for further details.

All shipments within Thailand incur no additional fees for duties or taxes.

For shipments outside Thailand, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties imposed by their respective countries. It is the customer's sole responsibility to settle these customs fees.

Return and Exchange

You may return or exchange your purchased items "free of charge" within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning or exchanging items, including insurance and custom fee (if any). Please ensure the shipping method includes a tracking number.

Before shipping your return or exchange, please contact us and await our authorization. Items returned or exchanged without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. The items' tags must be attached and undamaged.

Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to process refunds or exchanges only after assessing that the returned items are in their original condition.

Please be aware that differences in exchange rates and fees charged by your payment method may affect the refunded amount.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Please contact us to submit your cancellation request and await our response.

Resizing

We offer a complimentary resize per order for your ring if it does not fit initially. The customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, custom fee, and any associated costs for both outbound and return shipments. Please contact us before sending the item for detailed instructions and assistance.

Please note that certain designs, such as eternity rings, cannot be resized. We reserve the right to decline resizing requests that could alter the original design of the item.

The resizing process typically takes 5-7 business days upon receiving your ring, excluding shipping time.

Warranty

We provide a certificate for each piece of our jewelry. Please inform us if you require one.

We offer complimentary cleaning, inspection, metal re-polishing, and refinishing of our jewelry once a year. To avail of these services, please contact us to schedule an appointment before bringing in your jewelry. You may be required to present your certificate.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear, tear, repairs, alterations, or modifications made by another jeweler. It's important to understand that this warranty does not replace insurance coverage. We are not liable for any lost items or partial losses.

Payment

We kindly request full payment prior to shipping your jewelry.

We accept the following payment methods: BTC, PayPal, all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and bank transfers. Please choose the option that suitable for you.
